Managed hosting is more than infrastructure — it's responsibility for uptime. Here are the questions our clients ask most before moving an app to our stack.
Only one we've taken under full ownership. Hosting goes with responsibility — running infrastructure for an app means standing behind its stability. We'll review the codebase, adapt it as needed, and take over hosting, support, and development as a single engagement. If it doesn't fit, we'll say so upfront.
We deploy to the Azure region that fits your data residency requirements — EU (default), US, or another region on request.
We move you to a custom Azure setup with dedicated resources, multi-region deployment, or any architecture your workload needs — same managed-service experience, scaled to your numbers. Talk to us before you hit the ceiling.
Only if your app stores its own data. Essential is sized for stateless apps, integrations, and AI agents that read from your CRM or another external source. Growth and Enterprise add a dedicated Cosmos DB or MySQL instance with daily backups for apps that need to persist data themselves.
Annual upfront. We invoice in USD via Stripe or wire transfer. Mid-year upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No setup fees, no per-deployment charges.
Our monitoring catches issues before you notice them — Application Insights tracks uptime, response time, and error rates 24/7. When something breaks, we respond within the time window of your plan: 4 business hours on Enterprise, 1 business day on Growth, 2 business days on Essential. SLA credits apply if we miss the uptime commitment.
