Whose Azure tenant do the apps run in?

The client's own. Everything Selleris manages runs in the client's Azure tenant and subscription, registered in the client's name. Microsoft bills Azure consumption directly to the client at list price with no markup; the plans cover management.

What exactly do the plans cover?

Accepted Answer

Deployment, patching, monitoring, scaling, backups, and cost control for the apps, integrations, and AI agents in the client's tenant. Essential manages up to 3 apps with a 99.5% uptime SLA, Growth up to 10 with staging, daily backups, CI/CD, and 99.9%, Enterprise up to 50 with autoscaling, VNet and WAF, and 99.95%.

Do you build apps and agents, or only manage them?

Accepted Answer

Both. Most of what Selleris manages it also built: business applications, integrations, client portals, and custom AI agents on Azure AI Foundry. New builds are scoped separately; management picks up from day one after handover.

What happens when something breaks?

Accepted Answer

Monitoring catches issues first; incident response is part of every plan. Essential responds within 2 business days, while Growth and Enterprise run on tighter SLAs with staging environments and daily backups.

We're on the old Azure App Hosting plans. What changes?

Accepted Answer

The offer evolved from hosting apps per unit to managing the client's Azure tenant as a whole. Existing apps keep running; a short call maps the current plan to a management plan, and billing for Azure consumption moves to Microsoft directly at list price.
