Plans, SLAs, and what managed hosting covers — the questions teams ask before moving an app onto Selleris-managed Azure.
Managed Microsoft Azure hosting for the applications Selleris builds and maintains — business apps, CRM integrations, AI agents, client portals, and Bitrix24 marketplace apps. Selleris handles deployment, custom domains, SSL, OS patching, monitoring, and uptime, so your team runs the application — not the infrastructure underneath it.
Three annual plans. Essential is $249/year for a single app we built for you, fully managed and ready to run. Growth is $649/year for a portfolio of up to 10 apps. Enterprise is $2,499/year with dedicated capacity for up to 50 apps. Every plan includes managed Azure infrastructure, Git-based deployment, custom domains, free SSL, automatic OS patching, and 24/7 monitoring.
Essential carries a 99.5% uptime SLA, Growth a 99.9% SLA, and Enterprise a custom SLA up to 99.95%. All tiers run on always-on Azure infrastructure with 24/7 monitoring behind the SLA.
Growth adds a dedicated Cosmos DB or MySQL database, automated daily backups, a staging environment per app, and CI/CD pipeline setup. Enterprise adds autoscaling, VNet integration with private endpoints, a Web Application Firewall, point-in-time database restore, a dedicated account manager, a SOC 2 and ISO 27001 aligned environment, and HIPAA-ready infrastructure on request.
The service is built around applications Selleris develops and maintains — one accountable team for both the code and the infrastructure it runs on. If your application was built elsewhere, book a call: the starting point is a technical review to determine whether Selleris can take it under maintenance and host it on the same plans.
Azure is the platform Selleris builds on — Service Bus for messaging, Logic Apps for workflow automation, Functions for serverless logic, and Data Factory for data pipelines — so hosting and development share one architecture. Compliance is built into the platform: Azure meets ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements, which lets the same setup serve regulated and international clients.
