Your accounts, data and delivered assets stay under your control. Build & Improve helps the system evolve without making you dependent on Selleris to keep using it.
Your revenue data stays in systems you control, with HubSpot at the center. We connect the platforms needed for the agreed scope. Your access does not depend on ongoing Selleris services.
Documented in your workspace. Every sequence, score, and decision rule, written where your team can read it, not locked in our heads.
Native agents run in your HubSpot account. Where custom capabilities are needed, we deploy them in your Azure tenant. Agents prepare work first; autonomous actions require explicit permission, with exceptions handed to your team.
"They are nice people, and they know what they are doing, with structured approaches, great communication, and technical expertise."

"Selleris people are creative and have a solution even for difficult cases."

"They understand the platform, meet deadlines, and focus on results."

"Our platform today is even better, more widely implemented, and generally more valued by the organization."

GTM engineering, Build & Improve, costs and ownership. What to know before we start.
GTM engineering connects business processes, data, AI agents, automation and reporting into a working revenue system. At Selleris, that system is built around HubSpot and supports demand generation, prospecting, sales, onboarding, retention and expansion.
You control the accounts, data and delivered assets.
Selleris specializes in HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Bitrix24 because together they represent three fundamentally different approaches to CRM. HubSpot is designed for marketing-first ease of use. Microsoft Dynamics 365 provides enterprise-grade integration within the Microsoft ecosystem. Bitrix24 offers all-in-one business collaboration at an accessible price point. Rather than selling dozens of platforms superficially, Selleris masters these three to give clients an honest recommendation based on what the business actually needs — not what earns the highest margin.
RevOps focuses on how revenue teams work together across processes, data and reporting. GTM engineering is the design and technical implementation of the system supporting that work.
At Selleris, they meet in Build & Improve. Build designs and launches the agreed capabilities. Improve supports, calibrates and extends them through separately agreed work. Your team runs day-to-day revenue operations.
Selleris starts with the business — not with the software. During a structured discovery phase, Selleris maps the client's sales workflows, team structure, existing tech stack, integration needs, and growth plans. Those requirements are then matched against each platform's strengths: HubSpot for marketing-led companies that need rapid deployment, intuitive UX, and strong inbound tools on a single platform; Dynamics 365 for organizations already in the Microsoft ecosystem that need native integration with Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and Azure alongside CRM and ERP capabilities; Bitrix24 for teams that want CRM, project management, internal communication, and collaboration tools in one environment with a generous free tier and flat-rate pricing that doesn't penalize adding users. The client receives a transparent comparison, and the final choice is always theirs.
A GTM engineer implements and maintains the technical systems behind customer acquisition, sales and account development. Whether you need a dedicated hire depends on your workload and existing team.
You do not need to hire one before working with Selleris. We lead the design and implementation, with documentation and training for the people who will operate the system.
AEO aims to make your company's expertise easier to discover and reference in AI-generated answers. Our work includes buyer-question research, definitions, comparisons and supporting evidence. We distinguish research and content delivered from observed AI visibility, leads and revenue.
AEO can be part of Revenue Loop or a separately scoped service.
No, because of how the team and delivery process are structured. Two layers make this work. First, the implementation methodology is platform-agnostic: discovery, solution architecture, data migration, configuration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare follow the same structured process regardless of which CRM is being deployed — refined across 400+ delivered projects. Second, Selleris has dedicated teams certified in each platform: HubSpot specialists, Dynamics 365 consultants, and Bitrix24 developers do not cross over on core platform work. The integration layer is also standardized: all three platforms expose modern REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and webhooks, so Selleris's Azure-based integration patterns (using Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, and Data Factory) work consistently across HubSpot, Dynamics 365, and Bitrix24. The result is specialist depth on the chosen platform plus a team that can give honest cross-platform advice because they actually work across all three every week.
AI SDR tools support prospecting through account research, personalized messages and follow-up. Selleris is a GTM engineering firm, not an AI SDR subscription.
In Revenue Loop, prospecting agents work as part of the wider customer lifecycle. Agents prepare work first; autonomous execution is enabled only for agreed scenarios and permitted actions. Your team handles human conversations and exceptions.
Full cycle means Selleris handles every stage from start to ongoing support: business process audit, platform selection, solution architecture, data migration, custom development, third-party integrations, user training, go-live support, and post-launch optimization. The client gets a single accountable partner from first conversation to production — and beyond.
We agree one fixed total price for your initial Build after the free diagnostic. You see the proposed results and forecast financial value alongside the price, before committing.
For budget guidance, a focused quick-win project can start around $2,000 to $3,000; a more comprehensive implementation can reach $50,000 or more. These are budget guides in USD, not fixed packages or a price cap.
Build and Improve follow the same payment principles: no upfront Selleris delivery fee, with payment after agreed results are achieved and verified. Improve is commissioned separately, with no automatic retainer. Software, credits and cloud costs are disclosed separately and paid directly to providers, with zero Selleris markup.
HubSpot is the operational center of the revenue systems we build, connecting customer records, workflows, agents and reporting. It does not have to replace your existing product, billing, support or CRM platforms.
You do not need an existing HubSpot account to start. We help you create a free account in your name. Required subscriptions and integrations are selected for the agreed scope.
We integrate the systems and data sources needed for your agreed revenue workflows. These can include your existing CRM, product or customer portal, billing, accounting, support, enrichment and outreach tools.
For each integration, we define the relevant data, direction, update frequency and dependencies. When product events are needed, Selleris implements the receiving integration; your product team or existing contractor makes any required product-side changes.
Azure provides enterprise-grade infrastructure for secure, scalable solutions — including Azure Service Bus for reliable messaging between systems, Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation, Azure Functions for serverless custom logic, and Azure Data Factory for data pipelines. For Dynamics 365 clients, Azure is the natural foundation — both share the same cloud ecosystem, simplifying authentication, data flow, and governance. For HubSpot and Bitrix24 clients, Azure serves as a powerful middleware layer connecting the CRM with ERPs, accounting systems, e-commerce platforms, and other business tools. Security and compliance are built in: Azure meets the requirements of ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and dozens of other regional frameworks — so the same integration architecture works for a US healthcare company with HIPAA requirements, a European company under GDPR, or a global business with both.
